Are Diet Programs Ineffective?


Most people who struggle with obesity choose one of the three methods:
    1. Slimming formulas
    2. Low calorie diets
    3. Physical exercise

Let’s analyze each of these methods.

1. Slimming formulas.Various weight-reducing pharmaceutical formulas are recently very popular. These formulas only bring temporary weight-reducing effects. In most cases, the positive effects disappear two to three months after quitting the formula. What is left is indescribable damage to our body, especially our liver, stomach, pancreas, and circulatory system. The formulas cause dehydration in our body, change the composition of our blood and make it thicker, increase our body’s acidity (harmful!), etc. – the negative effects are not fully predictable. The therapies rely on artificial formulas to do the job without any psychological involvement of the patient. Our individuality deserves more appreciation – our bodies are different from one another and they have certain unique features.
This is why we all have to find an individual method to keep our body in a healthy shape; a method based on our body’s unique physiology and not on mass-marketed formulas. The process of losing excess weight ought to be directed by our own mind. We want to lose excess pounds in order to improve our health, not to open the door for illness.  Read more on page 53
